You must have a passport for this trip and give us a copy of it before the trip.

Transfers: All transportation between hotels, and airports and sightseeing not within walking distance of the hotels is provided.
Porterage: No more than one suitcase and one carry-on will be permitted. Adhere to airline regulations for weight limitations.
Taxes: All taxes are included.
Gratuities: Although service charges are included, it is customary to tip the driver the guide and, if the service is fine, your hotel personnel. We include the tip for the waiters, but if you wish to add to that tip, you may.
Not included: Tips to the driver and guide. It also does not include costs such as telephone charges or laundry costs.
Cancellation: Within 120 days - no charge. 119-90 days prior to departure - $ 400 – 89-60 days prior - $800. 49-30 days prior - $1200. Less than 30 days prior- no refund. Full payment: Full payment is due no later than August 15, 2007. As per our policy, no change will be made to you for any cancellation fee prior to the above indications. There are no hidden costs! Everything is included – no departure taxes, admission costs. Only give what you wish to the driver and waiters in hotel is extra.

Responsibility: Belmont Tours, the operator, assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the service of any aircraft, motor coach or other conveyance which may be used wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passengers. The operator will not be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or for any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers. The passenger contract in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of this tour and the passenger. The passenger must sign this document and submit it with his/her application.
